Root Canals

When bacteria from deep cavities infects the pulp (the nerve) of a tooth, a root canal is required to remove the infected tissue. With the nerve of the tooth gone, the discomfort associated with tooth pain will reside as well. After this procedure, a core and crown will be required to give the tooth strength, and to permanently seal the tooth from the oral environment.
